From frustration to flow
It began with one spreadsheet that refused to update itself.
In 2019, Dana and Marco were leading operations at fast-growing startups and hit the same wall: their teams were faster than ever, yet drowning in the glue work between tools. Status updates. Copy-paste. The same five clicks, a hundred times a day.
So they built a small engine to wire those steps together. It saved their teams whole afternoons. They realized the glue work was the work — and that almost no platform treated it seriously.
Flowbase shipped its first public workflow in 2020. Five years later, it runs millions of automations a month for teams in 60+ countries, and the mission has never changed: take the busywork, and hand back the hours.
