A long, low house wrapped around an old olive grove — drawn so the grove is always in view, and the rooms open to it.
We set the plan along the contour of the slope, then carved a sheltered courtyard at its heart. Rammed-earth walls hold the day's warmth, oak floors run unbroken indoors to out, and a single ribbon skylight tracks the sun across the kitchen. The result is a home that feels older than it is — quiet, grounded, and entirely of its place.

Every commission moves through four unhurried stages.
Listen
We begin on site, with long conversations about how you want to live and how the land wants to be built on.
Draw
Sketches become models become drawings — tested in light, material and budget before a single wall is poured.
Build
We stay close to the makers, protecting the detail that gives a space its calm and its longevity.
Settle
After hand-over we return through the seasons, refining the planting and the finishes as the place finds its footing.
Atelier Verde gave us a house that feels inevitable — as though it had always been there, waiting in the grove. We notice something new in the light every morning.
Let's design the place you'll keep returning to.
Tell us about the land, the brief and the life you imagine inside it. We take on a small number of projects each year, by conversation.
