Most mandates combine a fixed retainer with a success fee aligned to outcome. We scope every engagement upfront with a written mandate letter so fees, deliverables and milestones are agreed before work begins — never billed by surprise.
What size of transaction do you advise on?
Our sweet spot is enterprise values between $25M and $750M, where senior attention makes the most difference. We selectively take larger cross-border mandates and earlier-stage capital raises where the strategic fit is strong.
Who actually works on my mandate?
A named partner leads every engagement and stays hands-on from kickoff to close. You will never be handed to a rotating junior team — the people who win the mandate are the people who run it.
How do you protect confidentiality during a process?
Confidentiality is the discipline our reputation rests on. We work under strict NDAs, run controlled data rooms, and stage information release so sensitive details reach counterparties only at the right moment in a process.
Can you work alongside our existing advisors?
Frequently. We coordinate closely with your legal counsel, auditors and tax advisors, and are comfortable acting as the financial lead within a broader deal team. Clear ownership and clean handoffs are part of how we operate.
